Cutting Season.
I started my cut a little bit earlier this year. After acquiring a shoulder injury I had to put the weights down and I gained a few pounds. Now that I have rested the shoulder for about 4 months, I am ready to go.
Watch what you eat.
Use weights.
Intense cardio.
Never drink your calories.
Whole grains and lean proteins.
Keep a calendar/journal.
You will reach your goal.

My Recent College Rant
College does not provide any type of challenge. People ask me why I hate it? Do not get me wrong. I love to learn and gain new knowledge but I detest the system. Quite frankly, the lectures were ehh and the assignments were even more ehhhh. At the end of the day, my biggest challenge was figuring out how to pay tuition.
